The capital of the Lunar Empire, this city is named after the mythical Princess/Goddess of the Moon, Lunaria. It is said that the people of this city are forever under Princess Lunaria's protection.

Neoma means "New Moon." Although it is lit by stars, the Moon shines only in its darkest form over this gentle residence. The Dark Elves hail from this once great city, though with their decline, it has turned into more of a village, though still retains its renowned beauty.

The village of the elusive race called the Zirconis. The village cannot be seen by the naked eye, and this is where the Zirconi people live. It resides just outside the Lunar Empire, in the cover of the forest. Only those born of the village can really see it, unless they permit someone else to enter. It's a form of security for the usually peaceful race. An illusion created by the first and greatest Zirconi, Hotaru.
